How clean is the equipment?

As parent's to two children we have a strict cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting routine between rentals. This prevents the spread of virus, germs and bacteria between kids. We also have a ball cleaning machine, which sanitizes and steams balls after each rental.  We require up to an hour before event to setup and sanitize all equipment one more time, please plan accordingly. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We require a deposit through paypal to save the date. The remaining balance can be paid the week before the event through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or in cash the day of the event, unless other arrangements have been made.

*Paypal does add a tax/service fee to process payment*

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, can be used for another date if event needs to be rescheduled. 

NO DEPOSIT MEANS NO BOOKING

All rentals are up to 5 hours excluding setup time, we are able to accommodate late night pickups for an additional charge, We can also deliver the day before depending on availability.  We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors. No dirt or gravel No exceptions! Please plan accordingly.

What are the rules inside the play area?

Equipment is designed for ages 0-6

years only. Our smaller play areas are intended for children under 4 years old.

9ft+ ball pits can be suitable for adults and older kids.
1. Socks are preferred inside play area.
2.No food, candy ,gum, or drinks in the equipment area.

3.Equipment should not be moved or taken out of the designated play area..

4.No play dough, face paint, slime, crayons, markers, or sharp objects.


 

Pickup & setups

We set up at least one hour before the start of the event, depending on the size of the set. Once we set up the play area, we leave and the client becomes liable for any injury or damage to our equipment. Client must fill out liability form before the play area is setup. A $50+ dollar cleaning fee will apply if equipment is extremely dirty. Equipment must be cleared at time of pickup.

ONCE EQUIPMENT IS SETUP WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE IT OR RELOCATE TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

An additional fee will apply if playground needs to be relocated. 

Can you create any theme?

YES! We can help you create a play area/ball pit to match your event theme.

Remember no date is booked unless a deposit is paid!

What is Soft Play

Soft play is an indoor/outdoor play area that we can create at your home, venue, or park. It is essentially a traveling playground for children under 6years! Our equipment is made out of soft materials to help the smaller kids navigate safely. Our ball pits can accommodate older children and adults as well as some of our larger bounce houses. We setup and breakdown the equipment for each event.
